Newsletters
So, you’ve heard my radio show and read my free Weekly Alert. You like and agree with my investment concepts: Always having a sell discipline, follow the trends, invest with a discount brokerage, plus you’ve learned tons of useful information about real estate, personal finance, etc. Still, you’re looking for more of a personal touch; you understand the concepts, but it would be great to know my specific buys and sells with a little hand-holding thrown in for good measure. Well, you’ve come to the right place. I’ve got three paid newsletter services that do just that. Each target certain types of investors and needs. I’ll go through them individually, then if you spot one that seems right for you, you can access even more information about the service, or take me up on my special offer to join now.
Successful Investing
My most broad-based service is Successful Investing. Started over 30 years ago by my father, it is designed for investors who are in the growth stage of investing. We’ve made the financial maps by beating the market consistently and keeping our subscribers’ assets from harm in bear markets. Specifically, we gave a sell signal one day before the crash of 1987, and … the rest is history. This service is proactive, using Exchange Traded Funds for both domestic and international equity allocations. We follow simple trends to make our buy and sell decisions, and when we do either, you’ll get an email recommending specifically what to buy and how much of your portfolio to allocate. I’d say five, maybe 10 minutes a week, is all it takes to follow Successful Investing. Of course, with the monthly 8-page newsletter and a wealth of additional knowledge on the website, you can spend hours and never read the same material twice.
This service is perfect for someone who wants to take control of and manage their own investments but who wants to follow the recommendations of an investment leader with over three decades in the business. You can use Successful Investing for 100% of your portfolio.
If you’ve heard enough and want to sign up for my flagship service, you can do so here.
ETF Trader
My ETF Trader service is a great complement to Successful Investing. Designed to take advantage of short-term trends and fast-moving funds, I recommend that you follow ETF Trader using a maximum of 25% of your portfolio (or a minimum of $25,000). Because we aim high, turning double-digit profits in a matter of weeks, you should have a high risk tolerance to join this service. You must be able to stomach potential losses, as well as celebrate the winners. We take advantage of commodity prices, interest rates, currencies, bull markets and bear markets. ETF Trader investors are looking for a boost to their portfolios, but do not use money they can’t afford to lose. Like Successful Investing, you’ll receive specific buy and sell recommendations via e-mail. This service is not for investors in or near retirement.
If you’ve already made up your mind and want to turbo-boost your portfolio with ETF Trader, do so here.
High Monthly Income
This newest service of mine, High Monthly Income has become very near and dear to my heart. Recognizing that the challenges in retirement can be overwhelming, I came up with a service specifically for folks who are already retired or five or fewer years from hanging up their working shoes. HMI subscribers likely have a six- or seven-figure portfolio to protect. If you fit the bill so far, High Monthly Income is the one for you. Above all, HMI protects your assets by managing risk on all fronts. Then and only then, we work to combine yields and capital appreciation to generate income of 6% to 8% from your assets. If sleeping well at night, knowing your hard-earned nest egg is protected is a priority, HMI is for you. You’ll receive a monthly 8-page newsletter full of investment advice, solutions for managing taxes in retirement, how to make real estate work for you and a whole lot more.
If HMI sounds like the perfect match for you, sign up now.
